Request for a Book & Naat

[Farooq-e-Azam]

I would be grateful if some-one could provide me famous holy book "Faizaan-e-Sunnat" in PDF format and a Naat "Jub Masjid-e-Nabvi Ke Minaar Nazar Aye" in MP3 best quality format.

 

I am unsure who is the reciter of that Naat as well as I have the "Faizaan-e-Sunnat" in hard-form but I need to read it through my Laptop in PDF or CHM format.
