Plagiarism of Ashraf Ali thanvi

Ashraf Ali Thanwi is a major Deobandi scholar who is known as Hakeem ul Ummah by the Deobandi sect. We will be exposing him today by showing he plagarised Mirza Ghulam Qadiyani's work word for word, mainly in his book 'Ahkam-e-Islam Aqal Ki Nazar Main'. This book was written by Thanwi in 1915.

Mirza Ghulam Qadiyani wrote 'Islami Usool Kay Philosophy'. This original edition was published in 1897. The highlighted part is the part Thanwi plagarised.

Ashraf Ali Thanwi copies the whole section into his book on pages 205-206, word for word. 18 years after Mirza's work was published.

Mirza Ghulam Qadiyani wrote 'Barakaat Dua'. Published 1903. The highlighted parts are what Thanwi copied word for word in his own book.

Ashraf Ali Thanwi copied them on page 87. 12 years later.

Mirza Ghulam Qadiyani wrote Arya Dharam. Published in 1895.

And just to be fair because Deobandis will bring up the objection, 'this is only coming from the Qadiyanis, how can we trust them? They're kufar and liars", Well there's a famous Ahle Hadith scholar, who's name is Irshad Ul Haq Al Athari.
He pointed out Thanwi's plagiarism also. He writes, "Is copying word for word and veiling the book and the author stealing or not?"
