Molvi Ahmed Raza Khan nay poora eik risala likha jis may unho nay sabit kiya kay Ghaibana namaz e janaza kisi hadeeth say sabit nahi aur shariat may is ki koi jaga nahi.

 

Mera sawal hay kay phir Qabr par Azaan dena kaisay fard e sunnat huwa?

Doosri sawal yay kay agar yay biddat e mustahaba hay , to phir Ghaibana namaz e janaza bhi biddat e mustahaba kyon nahi?

Teesra sawal yay kay kisi bhi hadeeth say sabit karo kay ghaibana namaz e jannaza najaiz hay. 

 

Mujhay pata hay kay Ghaibana namaz e jannaza jaiz nahi leikin kal ko koi agar bolay kay hum to isi liyay parhtay hay kay asal shay may to abahat hay (jaisay Hanif Qureshi nay Qabr par azaan kay liyay kaha tha) , isi liyay yay biddat e mubah huwa?

 

Barelwio sabit karo , kay kis usool kay teht , Qabr par azaan jaiz aur biddat e mubbah hay jabkay doosri taraf ghaibana namaz e jannaza najaiz kyon?

janb jin ki aap baat ker rahy ho un k nazdeek tow bidat.. bidat hi ha wo tow bidat ki Iqsam mantay hi ni wo bidat-e-Mubha manen gean tow wo hum Etraz kaisy karen gean.................. aap un ki book say bidat saiya hasna mubha ki iqasam dhika dean hum bi jwab deay dean

baee sahib pehli baat toh yeh heh kay qabr par azaan dena nah hee farz heh aur nah hee sunnat e RasoolAllah sallalahu alayhi wa aalihi was'sallam. Ham sunniyoon ka yeh nazriya nahin kay yeh farz hen ya sunnat. Is ko ijtihad kee rooh say jaiz karar deeya gaya heh. Hadith meh ata heh kay jahan azaan ho shaytaan chalees qaus door bag jata heh ... qabr par azaan is leyeh dee jaati heh kay ... shaytaan bag jahay ga toh murday say sawaloon kay jawab meh asaani hogi. Madad ho ya nah ho, magar kam say kam irada niyat yahi hoti heh kay musalman joh mara heh us kee bakshish ho jahay. Ghaibana Janaza sunnat samaj kar para jata heh, aur zahir heh aap sunnat tehrahen gay toh phir daleel talab hogi kay kis hadith meh is ka sunnat hona sabat hota heh. Agar aap is ko ijtihadi biddat hasanah samaj kar karen toh mujjay is meh kohi harj nazr nahin aata keun kay dua janazah meh ilfaaz mayyitina aur ghaybina kay ilfaaz ata hen ... is leyeh ghaybana janaza kee biddat e hasanah kay tor par gunjaish heh ... magar sunnat samaj kar bilqul nahin. Ek aur tareek say is ka biddat e hasanah hona be sabat nahin hota keun kay yeh sunnat ko maskh keeya jaha raha heh, joh samnay nahin us ka janazah ki pabandi kissi ko nahin. Wesay agar ghaybana janaza jaiz karar deeya jahay toh phir logh gar say keun niklen gar meh hee beth kar ghaybana muhallay walay ka janaza parh lenh ... keun kay ghaybana janaza say sunnat maskh hoti heh is leyeh is ka biddat hona be sabat ho jata heh ... lehaza biddat e hasana maan kar keeya jahay toh phir jaiz bee heh aur biddat e hasanah samaj kar keeya jahay toh sunnat maskh hoti heh is leyeh najaiz be banta heh, aur moobah woh heh joh biddat e hasanah ho aap to biddat e hasanah kay naam ko tasleem nahin kartay biddat e hasanah ijaad karnay ka amal kesay kar leeya?

Namaze janaza ki sharyi hesiat jab tak nahi pata hoga, wo kese is waswase se nikle ga???

 

Qabar per azan dena zaroori nahi,,,, jab ke namaze janaza zaroori hai, aur zaroori ke liye daleel chahiye....

Aray wohi to may pooch raha hu kay ab agar koi bolay kay:

 

1.) Qabr par azaan Huzoor  (saw) kay kisi saheeh aur sareeh hadeeth say sabit nahi

2.) Aur Qabr par azaan har giz sunnat nahi balkay khilaf sunnat hay jis ka shariat may koi wajood nahi.

 

aur upar tumharay ala hazrat ka hawala guzr chuka hay kay "jis amr say Mustafa  (saw) bay uzar o manay bil qasd ihteraz farmay , woh zaroor amr e shari o mashroo nahi hosakta"

 

Ab jawab do barelwio , tumharay inhi usoolo say ghaibana namaz e jannaza to najaiaz hogaya aur qabr par azaan jaiz?Kyon?

 

May hargiz is namaz ko jaiz nahi keh raha , may to bas yay sabit karna cha raha hu kay jis usool kay teht ghaibana namaz e jannaza najaiz hay , usi usool kay teht qabr par azaan najaiz kyon nahi?

mere khyaal me aap ko mukhalfat, against, ka matlba nahi pata....

me kaho ke paani pio, to aap ne juice pia to, ye mukhalfat hogi, lekin agar aap ne paani pee kar juice pee lia to ye mukhalifat nahi....
lekin mene kaha SIRF paani pio, lekin aap ne paani pee kar juice pee lia to ab ye mukhalifat hogi.... kye kehte ho, ab mukhalifat ka matlab samajh aya?????

aur is line se pehle, baad e dafan zikr karna ko hadees se sabit bataya hai, aur azaan bhi zikr ullah hai, is liye zikrullah ko sunnat bataa hai....

May Ghaibana namaz e jannaza ko najaiz manta hu.

 

Mera sawal ka jawab ab tak kisi na nahi diya.Mujhay hanafi fiqh ki kitaab say mustahab ka matlab batao aur phir sabit karo kay qabr par azaan mustahab hay.Agar nahi kar saktay to maan lo kay yay bhi ghaibana namaz e jannaza ki tarha najaiz hay.

Mustahab ki taref bari aasan hay. Jo kam asal se sabit ho, jese zikr ilahi or azan ke mutaliq aahadith e mubarka ke shaitan bhag jata hay waghera. Woh jaiz hay or zikr ullah ki waja se mustahab hay.

 

Ghaibana namaz e janaza mustahab men nhi aasakti. kyon ke wahabi esal e sawab ke lye 2 rakaat nafal nhi perhte. balke woh namaz e janza ki terha ghaibana namaz e janaza perhte hain.

 

Namaz e janaza men mayyit ka samne hona shart hay. Jab shart hi pori na hoyi tu Ghaibana namaz e janaza kese jaiz hogi?

 

Iski misal is terha doun keh namaz ke lye kapron ka pak hona shart hay. Ab koi kahe ke na pak kapron ke sath bhi tu namaz hi perhi na. koi masla tu nhi hay. Tu yaqenan masla hay. Jaiz samajh kr sawab ki umeed na rakho.
