fkhan1981 مراسلہ: 4 جون 2014 Report Share مراسلہ: 4 جون 2014 Asslam o Aalaikum, i have two questions. Q1, what is the difference between Meeqat and hudood-e-haram, what are the restriction difference ? better if cab be elaborated. Q2, how the people coming outside from Meeqat adhere the restrictions? that is , 1. if the person coming outside of meeqat, but did not intend for Umrah, will he be eligible for dum. 2. if a person by mistake (forgot his route) entered hudood-e-harram, will he be restricted to perform umrah? Jazak Allah. اقتباس
MuhammedAli مراسلہ: 5 جون 2014 Report Share مراسلہ: 5 جون 2014 Asslam o Aalaikum, i have two questions. Q1 - Miqat is place where Ihram for Hajj or Umrah has to be worn. If you do not wear the Ihram at the specified points and advance toward masjid al haram you have to travel back to the point and wear it. Hadood e Haram means boundary of [Masjid Al] Haram. Its a area if you enter then you are in Masjid Al Haraam. Like Hadood of Pakistan is border of Pakistan, if you are are in india you are not in pakistan but if you cross the border you have entered pakistan. Similarly the boundary of Haraam distinguish between area of Masjid Al Haram and area outside the Masjid area. Q2 - The people coming from the direction Iraq, Najd, Syria, Yemen etc... will have to wear Ihram before entering Masjid al Haram. Q2-1 -I do not know what 'dum' is, the person should go back to the point of Miqat and wear Ihram again and enter again. The is the simplist solution. Best is to refer to a Mufti. Q2-2 - Refer to Mufti. اقتباس
shahzad6058811 مراسلہ: 5 جون 2014 Report Share مراسلہ: 5 جون 2014 hadood a haram means boundry in which whilst you enter you are haqdaar for the same swaab which you earn in haram. haram means building where khana kaaba is located. in hadood a haram some action is prohibited, a few are e.g no shikar, no cutting of trees, plants and other so many things, explained in islmi books. meeqat always outside hadood a haram. if your are coming to makkha for umra, then you cannot enter without wearing ehraam.but not necessary for local people, they can come without ehraam for their daily necessities. at makkha at one place, meeqaat is just after 6/7 k.m, but in other sides hadood a haram is after 16/17 k.m. these are wo different directions. e.g for pakistan meeqaat is about 100/200 miles from makkha. jeddah is about 90 km, but this city is under meeqaat i.e we can come from jeddah to makkha if we went to jeddah after performing umra, for any purpose. we will caome back in simple cloth. because jeddah is in between meeqaat and haram sharif.. simple meeqaat is always outside hadood a haram, but hadood in side the meeqaat. there are four to five categories of jurmaana if we do not observe some paabandies, must for ehraam. from two kilo wheat/or 10 rial to zibah of goat/cow. these all are explained in so many books. you can tudy refiqul harmain with question answeres by moulana ilyaas qadri sahib. hope your are satisfied. i have just given you ideas, for more details, refer said book. اقتباس
