Yes u r right he is quite a famous guy in uk, this is from a newspaper a milaad mehfil which was organised by the british parliament, for him to take part in it just shows that these guys don't apply the same fatwah's or verdicts that they apply on us sunni's. Bin Baaz said celebrating Milad is not aloud and this guy calls him mufti e azam Baarhaal.
