Assalam O Alaikum I have intend to borrow a loan for purchasing of house. For the purpose I have approached different banks including Bank Islami & Meezan Bank. These two banks have claimed that they are providing a house loan on Islamic Riba basis rather then to interest (sood).
Request provide guidance in this regard that the loan as they claimed as actual on islamic point of view (without interest) or otherwise.
