@saifali, Dr. Tahir Ul Qadri has written a Urdu book titled "Islam and Ahle Kitab"OnPage 21 he writes "When the advent of Prophet(Peace be upon him) happened and all people without distinction became bound to believe in his Prophethood,then all distinctions of Ahle Kitaab vanished. Now only one distinction remained.And that is one who believed on Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) is a believer and one who doesn't believe in his prophethood is a KAAFIR" . Words in Urdu: (ISLAM AUR AHLE KITAB Safa PG 21) jab hujur alahissalam ki besat ho gayi aur tamam log bila tafreek hujur alahissalam par iman lane ke paband ho gaye to jumla tafsimat khatam ho gayi.abb sirf ek hi takseem reh gayi aur vo ye ke jo rasool akhrijama sallallaho alahi wassalam par iman laye.momin karar pa gaye.aur jisne inkar kiya KAAFIR ho gaya. :| saif ali ab batao kise defend karoge?Dr sahab ne to U turn mar diya:| asal me is mamle me dr sahab khud confuse hain aur sare minhajiyon ko confuse karke rakha hua hai. Minhaji bhi aise andhe shaksiat parast hain ke agar dr sdahab ne kah diya ke abhi din nahi raat hai to ye sab kahenge ke han rat hai. Lo upar ki kitab padho dr sahab khud kah rahe hain ke woh kaafir hain kiyonki unhone nabi salallho alaihe wasallam par iman nahi laya:|

Present day jews&christians are not believer: A believer or momin are those people who had/have followed the Divine Shariah of their times. For example, When Hazrat Musa (A.S.) was preaching Torah then those people who followed him, were considered as Muslims.When Hazrat Isa (A.S.) came and Bible was introduced then the Shariah of Torah was replaced by Shariah of Bible.Then those people who followed Bible were known as Muslims and those who refused to follow Bible were turned into non-Muslims or non-believer. When Holy Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) came then Shariah of Bible was replaced by Islamic/Quranic Shariah. Now the followers of Holy Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) come in the category of Muslims or believers And follower of any other religion other than islam are non-believer. Allah Tala says in the quran "And who believe in what has been revealed to you , [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you , and of the Hereafter they are certain [in faith].Those are upon guidance from their Lord, and it is those who are the successful." -Qur'an 2:4-5 "O you who believe! Believe in Allah,and His Messenger, and the book that He has sent down to His Messenger, and the Scripture that He sent down to those before , and whosoever disbelieves in Allah, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers, and the Last Day, then indeed he has strayed far away." -Qur'an 4:136 "They (Jews and the Christians) have taken their scholars and monks as lords besides Allah, and (also) the Messiah, the son of Mary. And they were not commanded except to worship one God; there is no deity except Him. Exalted is He above whatever they associate with Him" [Holy Quran; Surah At-Tawbah 9:31] The Christians, who claim that Jesus (pbuh) is God as well as the Son of God, insist on the supposed divinity of Jesus (pbuh) and worship him as such. "They have certainly disbelieved who say, “Allah is the Messiah, the son of Mary” while the Messiah has said, “O children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord.” Indeed he who associates other withAllah – Allah has forbidden him paradise and his refuge is the fire. And there are not for the wrongdoers any helpers." [The Holy Quran; Surah Al-Maidah 5:72] If anyone claims that there is a religion on earth other than Islam that is acceptable to Allah, then the person who made that claim is a disbeliever and there is no doubt about his disbelief. This is because Allah has said in His Book, "Whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted from him and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers." -[al-Imran 3:85]. Allah has also said, "Truly, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam" -[ali-Imran 3:19]. Another verse states, "This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion" - [al-Maida 5:3] As for today, only Islam is valid or acceptable now that Allah has sent itto all men, for the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) has said, "By Him in whose hand is the soulof Muhammad, any person of this Community, any Jew, or any Christian who hears of me and dies without believing in what I have been sent with will be an inhabitant of hell" (al-Baghawi: Sharh al-sunna 1.104). This hadith was also reportedby Muslim in his Sahih by `Abd al-Razzaq in his Musannaf , and others. It is a rigorously authenticated ( sahih ) evidence thatclarifies the word of Allah in surat Al 'Imran "Whoever seeks a religion other than Islam will never have it accepted from him, and shall be of those who have truly failed in the next life" (Qur'an 3:85) and many other verses and hadiths. That Islam is the only remaining valid or acceptable religion is necessarily known as part of our religion, and tobelieve anything other than this is unbelief ( kufr ) that places a person outside of Islam as Imam Nawawi notes: "Someone who does not believe that whoever follows another religion besides Islam is an unbeliever (like Christians), or doubtsthat such a person is an unbeliever, or considers their sect to be valid, is himself an unbeliever ( kafir ) even ifhe manifests Islam and believes in it" ( Rawda al-talibin , 10.70). This is not only the position of the Shafi'i school of jurisprudence represented by Nawawi, but is also the recorded position of all three other Sunni schools: Hanafi (Ibn 'Abidin: Radd al-muhtar 3.287), Maliki (al-Dardir: al-Sharh al-saghir , 4.435), and Hanbali (al-Bahuti: Kashshaf al-qina' ,6.170). Those who know fiqh literature will note that each of these works is the foremost fatwa resource in its school.The scholars of Sacred Law are unanimous about the abrogationof all other religions by Islam. From the above-mentioned verses and many such verses of the Qur'an,Hadith and sayings of scholars,it is very clear that almost all the present day Jews and the Christians are committing shirk by joining partners with Allah (swt) andthey are Un-Believer. May Allah Tala guide us to right path-ameen
