  6. Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAH Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam Woman in Islam have an extensive range of specific rights: These rights are bestowed by Allah The Almighty, safeguarded by the infallibility of the Quran and demonstrated by the example of Our beloved Prophet Sayyedina Muhammad Mustufa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam. These rights were granted to women 1400 years ago, without their demands and without any Liberation movement. Salah, Sawm, Zakah and Hajj are obligatory for both men and women, and they are promised the same rewards. 1. Women, in Islam, have full rights to intellectual development. 2. Along with men they have an obligation to seek knowledge, as Our Beloved Prophet Sayyedina Muhammad Mustufa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam said; It is a duty for every Muslim, male and female, to seek knowledge. 3. Islam credits both women and men with the capacity for earning, understanding and teaching. 4. According to Islamic teaching, Muslim parents are expected to attach the same importance to the education of their sons and daughters. 1. One of the most fundamental rights of Muslim women is the right of independent ownership. 2. This ownership is not subject to change by marriage. 3. Muslim women are absolutely free to buy, sell, exchange, mortgage or lease the whole or part of their properties independently without the prior consent of their husbands. 4. The whole of a woman's private income belongs entirely to her and without her and without her personal wish cannot be absorbed or used for general expenses related to the husband's sole responsibility (i.e. housekeeping, education of children, maintenance). 5. A Muslim woman also has the right to inherit. 6. A Muslim woman also has the right to accept employment which is compatible with her nature and dignity. 7. However her primary social role in the community is that of a wife and mother and this is regarded in Islam as sacred and vital. 1. A woman has the right to vote 2. She can be nominated for various Political offices. 3. She is allowed to participate in public affairs. 4. In Islam, many famous women have figured prominently in the affairs of state. Sayings of Our Beloved Prophet Sayyedeina Muhammad Mustufa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam. 1. Paradise lies at the feet of your mother. (Musnad Ahmed) 2. 0 People, your wives have certain rights over you and you have certain rights over them. Treat them well and be kind to them, for they are your partners and committed helpers. Five level's of Namaaz

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA SAYYEDINA MUHAMMADIW WA ALA AALI SAYYEDINA MUHAMMADIN BA ADADE MULUMUL LAQA Surely, Prayer (Namaaz) keeps one away from all lewd and forbidden acts In-nas Salaata Tanha ‘Anil Fahshaa’i Wal Munkar - Al-Qur’aan The levels of People With regard to their prayer And mankind, with regard to their performance of prayer is in five levels. The First: The level of the one who is negligent and wrongs his soul. He is the one who falls short in performing ablution properly, performing the prayer upon its time and within its specified limits, and in fulfilling its essential pillars. The Second: The one, who guards his prayers upon their proper times and within their specified limits, fulfils their essential pillars and performs his ablution with care. However, his striving is wasted due to whisperings in his prayer so he is taken away by thoughts and ideas. The Third: The one, who guards his prayers within the specified limits, fulfils their essential pillars and strives with himself to repel the whisperings, thoughts and ideas. He is busy struggling against his enemy (Shaitan) so that he does not steal from the prayer. On account of this he is engaged in (both) prayer and jihad. The Fourth: The one who stands for the prayer, completes and perfects its due rights, its essential pillars, performs it within its specified limits and his heart becomes engrossed in safeguarding its rights and specified limits, so that nothing is wasted from it. His whole concern is directed towards its establishment, its completion and its perfection, as it should be. His heart is immersed in the prayer and in enslavement to his Lord, the Exalted. The Fifth: The one who stands for the prayer like the one mentioned above. However, on top of this, he has taken and placed his heart in front of his Lord, the Mighty and Majestic, looking towards Him with his heart with anticipation, (his heart) filled with His love and His might, as if he sees and witnesses Allah. The whisperings, thoughts and ideas have vanished and the coverings which are between him and his Lord are raised. What is between this person and others with respect to the prayer is superior and greater than what is between the heavens and the earth. This person is busy with his Lord, the Mighty and Majestic, delighted with Him. The first type will be punished, the second type will be held to account, the third will have his sins and shortcomings expiated, the fourth will be rewarded and the fifth will be close to his Lord, because he will receive the portion of the one who makes his prayer the delight and pleasure of his eye. Whoever makes his prayer the delight and pleasure of his eye, will have the nearness to his Lord, the Mighty and Majestic, made the delight and pleasure of his eye in the hereafter. He will also be made a pleasure to the eye in this world since whoever makes Allah the pleasure of his eye in this world, every other eye will become delighted and pleased with him.

  13. Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAH Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam 13. The person who is killed while defending his mother, wife, daughter or sister will be rewarded with the highest station in Paradise. 14. It is permissible for a woman to seek a separation from her husband if he has failed to fulfill her marital rights. 15. Is there anything more valuable to the human being than his life? Indeed, the honor and dignity of women is more valuable, precious and important to the Muslim than his own life. 16. It is permissible for the woman to remarry – whomever she desires – if she is divorced from her husband or widowed. 17. If a woman possesses wealth, she is free to use it in any lawful way, without permission of anyone [father, husband or others]. 18. The woman has the right to the inheritance of her relative – at the time of his death – even if he does not desire that she receive it. 19. It is obligatory upon the man to spend his wealth for the maintenance – housing, food, etc. – of those under his care including his mother, wife or daughter, even if he doesn't desire to do so. 20. The mother has been given preference over the father – three times over – concerning their right to kindness and benevolence from their children. 22. Whoever truly desires paradise – Know that paradise lies at the feet of the mother, for the one who pleases her. 23. Whoever has daughters and treats them well – they will be a cause of him being screened from the hell-fire. 23. If a man kills a woman intentionally, he no longer deserves to live and will be killed, even if the victim was his wife. 24. The Beloved Rasool Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam advised concerning the woman: Treat the women well. He Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam also said: The best of you are those who are the best in the treatment of their wives. He Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam also said: No one honors the woman except an honorable man. And no one humiliates her or holds her in contempt except one who is evil, vile, wicked and depraved. We can pray that we are not deprived of any of the rights mentioned above. Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu
