Mulahiza kijiye; "Asal mein Shah Waliullah ke mutaliqq Wahabiya ki taraf melaan ki ghalat'fehmi, Shah Sahib ki taraf mansoob kitabo ki wajeh si thi." Yaha wazeh tour per aap ko batla diya gaya ke Shah Waliullah ke mutaliqq jo Wahabiyat ki taraf melaan ka gumaan tha woh ghalat’fehmi ki bina per tha aur iss ghalat’fehmi ki bunyaad woh man’gharat aur tehreef’shuda kitabein thi jo Shah sahib se mansoob ki gai. Inn man’gharat kitabo aur tehreef ka zikr aap ko Ya Mohammadah bhai ki post mein mil jaye, hatta ke Shah Rafiuddin ke nawasay Moulana Zaheeruddin Syed Ahmed ka aik qoul bhi naql kiya gaya hai; "Aaj kal maaz logo naybaaz tasaneef ko iss khandaan ki janib mansoob kar diya aur dar’haqeeqat woh tasaneef iss mein say kisi ki nahi aur baaz logo ne jo in tasaneef mein apnay aqeeday ke khilaaf baat paee tu iss per haashiya jara aur mouqa paya tu ibarat ko tagaiyurr-o-tabdeel kar diya." Naiz Ya Mohammadah bhai ki post mein aap ko Moulana Shah Abul Hasan Zaid Farooqi sahib ka ye qoul bhi nazar aa jaye ga; "Afsoos hai Moulana Ismail ke peerwan iss kaam (tehreef) mein bohut aagay barh gaye hain. Hazrat Shah Waliullah, Hazrat Shah Abdul Aziz ki tehreeraat-o-maktobaat, Hazrat Shah Abdul Qadir ka tarjuma-e-Quran aur unn ki kitabein, Hazrat Mujaddid Alf-e-Sani,un ki aulaad Hazrat Ghulam Ali, Hazrat Shah Ilmullah Raye’Bareilwi ke ihwaal mein khoob hi tehreef kar ke Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab Najdi aur Molvi Ismail Dehalvi ka humnawa sab ko qaraar diya hai. Allah Ta’la iss kitaab “Al’Qoul ul’Jali”ko inn logo se mehfooz rakhay." Ab chaliye aap ne Ya Mohammadah bhai ki post ko parhne ki zehmat na ki, hum ne kuch na kaha ke shayad woh aap ki ilmi auqaat se kuch zyada thi. Lekin phir Toheedi bhai ke seedhay aur salees khulasay ko parh karbhi aap “mein na mano ga” ki ratt lagaye bethay hain tu ye tu siwaye typicaldeobandi/wahabi be’ghairati ke aur kuch nahi. Khair humaray liye ye bhi kuch naya nahi. Tu janab ab Miqyaas-e-Hanafiyat per aap ko jo aiteraaz tha usska jawab tu tafseeli tour pe de dya gaya ke Shah Waliullah ke baray mein Ulema-o-Awaam ke iss tarah ke gumaan, tehreef’shuda aur man’gharat kitaboo ki wajeh se paida karda ghalat’fehmi ki bina per tha. Itmaam­-e-hujjat ke tour per Toheedi bhai ki post mein ye alfaaz kafi wazeh tour per likhay nazar aatay hain; “Shah Waliullah ke mutalliqq puranay jitnay bhi nazriyaat aur aa’raa thein woh sab mustaradd hochukien.” Ab tak aap paish’karda tamaam jawabaat ke baad aik hi raag alaaptay aa rahay hain ke mein fala ki nahi fala ki baat kar raha hun, tu janab baat aap ne Shah Waliullah ki thi, aur jawab bhi aap ko Shah Waliullah ke baray mein hi diya gaya hai. Bus zara aankhein khool kar parhnay ki zehmat ki hoti tu mujhay ye post bhi na karni parti. Mazeed aap Kanzul’Imaan aur deegar tarajim ke taqabuli jaizay per bhi kaafi jalay bhunnay nazar aatay hain, jab ke iss ka bhi jawab aap ko Ya Mohammadah bhai de chukay. Ye uzr tasleem kartay hain ke Shah Waliullah, Shah Rafiuddin, Shah Abdul Qadri waghaira ke choo’kayghair’muqallideen qareeb rahay jis ki wajeh se baaz kutb (tarajim-e-Quran waghaira) mein mazmoon tabdeel kar ke chapwanay mein woh kamyaab howay… Ab jo un Tarajim-e-Quran mein khaamiyaa bayan ki gai woh mumkina tour per inhi tehreefaat-o-tagaiyurraat ka nateeja ho sakti hain jin katafseeli zikr mein kar chukka aur jis ki gawahi khud Shah sahib ke khandaan semilti hai. Umeed hai ke ab aap iss deobandi/wahabi hatt'dhamri ka bharpoor muzahira karne se guraiz karein gay, kyu ke itna waqt tu kisi ke paas bhi nahi ke aap ka bhaija khool kar uss mein baat bithai jaye. Aur waisay bhi khuda jab deen tu aqlein bhi cheen leta hai.

Mujhay yaqeen hai ke ab ya tu aap iss baat ko maan'nay se inkaar kar dien gay ya phir siray se jawab dene ki hi zehmat na karein gay. Chaliye jo bhi ho, humaray liye yaqeenan naya na hoga. Aap ki asaani aur tassali ke liye aik aur paish'kash. Ab zahir hai aap ne in kitabo ke naam paish kiye hain tu khud bhi parhi hongi ye kitabein. Ab aik kaam kijiye, aap ke mutabiq inn kitaboo mein aap ko jo sab se bad'tareen gustakhi lagay woh yaha bayaan kar dijiye, takay aap ke samnay bhi aap ke chaheetay Ulema ki ilmiyatt ke kuch namoonay rakhay jaye.

Tafseer-e-Neeshapoori, Vol 3, Page 92 أبو عبد الله الحافظ أنبأ أبو الطيب محمد بن عبد الله الشعيرى ثنا محمش بن عصام ثنا حفص بن عبد الله حدثنى ابراهيم ابن طهمان عن بكر بن خنيس عن عبادة بن نسى عن ابن غنم عن معاذ بن جبل قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم دية المرأة على النصف من دية الرجل Sunan Al'kubra lil Baheeqi, Vol 8, Page 95 قَوْلُهُ : اُشْتُهِرَ عَنْ عُمَرَ وَعُثْمَانَ وَعَلِيٍّ وَالْعَبَادِلَةِ : ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، وَابْنِ عُمَرَ ، وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ : أَنَّ دِيَةَ الْمَرْأَةِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ دِيَةِ الرَّجُلِ ، وَلَمْ يُخَالِفُوا التلخيص الحبير في تخريج أحاديث الرافعي الكبير Kitab'ud'Diyyaat, Vol 5, Page 69 قَالَ الْمُصَنِّفُ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ : { وَدِيَةُ الْمَرْأَةِ نِصْفُ دِيَةِ الرَّجُلِ } ، رُوِيَ هَذَا اللَّفْظُ مَوْقُوفًا عَلَى عَلِيٍّ ، وَمَرْفُوعًا إلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ Hidaya, Vol 5, Page 585 قَالَ وَبَلَغَنَا عَنْ عَلِيٍّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي دِيَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ دِيَةِ الرَّجُلِ فِي النَّفْسِAl'Mansoot Sarkhasi, Vol 29, 204 دِيَةُ الْمَرْأَةِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ دِيَةِ الرَّجُلِ ، وَقَدْ وَرَدَ هَذَا اللَّفْظُ مَوْقُوفًا عَلَى عَلِيٍّ وَمَرْفُوعًا إلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَالْمَوْقُوفُ فِي مِثْلِهِ كَالْمَرْفُوعِ ، إذْ لَا مَدْخَلَ لِلرَّأْيِ فِيهِ Inaya Sharah Hidaya, Kitabuddiyyaat Vol 15, 286 وما حكاه المصنف عن عمرو عثمان وعلى وابن مسعود وابن عمرو ابن عباس وزيد ابن ثابت أنهم قالوا (دية المرأة نصف دية الرجل) ولا مخالف لهم في الصحابة فدل على أنه إجماع AlMajmu'o, Vol 19, Page 54 ودية المرأة نصف دية الرجل، إذا كانت المرأة حرة مسلمة فديتها نصف دية الحر المسلم أجمع على ذلك أهل العلم ذكره ابن المنذر وابن عبد البر وحكى غيرهما عن ابن علية والاصم أنهما قالا ديتها كدية الرجل لقوله عليه الصلاة والسلام " في النفس المؤمنة مائة من الابل " وهذا قول شاذ يخالف اجماع الصحابة وسنة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فان في كتاب عمرو بن حزم دية المرأة على النصف من دية الرجل وهو أخص مما ذكروه وهما في كتاب واحد فيكون ما ذكرنا مفسرا لما ذكروه مخصصا له Sharhal Kabeer Li Ibni Qidama, Vol 9, Page 518 AlMugni Qadeem, Vol 19, 115 دية المرأة على النصف من دية الرجل بدائع الصنائع ج7 ص312, نهاية المحتاج ج7 ص302 شرح الدردير ج4 ص248، والمغني ج9 ص523 اتفق الفقهاء على أن دية المرأة فى القتل نصف دية الرجل أخذًا بما نسبه الرسول حيث كتب فى كتاب عمرو بن حزم: دية المرأة على النصف من دية الرجل. وقد أجمع الصحابة على هذا فيروى عن عمر وعلى وعثمان وابن عمر وابن مسعود وابن عباس وزيد بن ثابت رضوان الله عليهم أنهم قالوا: إن دية المرأة على النصف من دية الرجل، ولم ينقل أن أحدًا أنكر عليهم فيكون إجماعًا ولأن المرأة فى ميراثها وشهادتها على النصف من الرجل فكذلك فى ديتها بدائع الصنائع ج7 ص254 , المغنى ج9 ص531 , المهذب ج2 ص211 , شرح الدردير ج4 ص238 At-Tashree'al Jinaee Fil Islam, Chapter 2, Vol 3, Page 200 دية الأنثى فيما دون النفس: يرى أبو حنيفة والشافعى أن دية المرأة على النصف من دية الرجل نفسًا وجرحًا وأطرافًا بدائع الصنائع ج7 ص312 , نهاية المحتاج ج7 ص فقد روي عن عمر رضي الله عنه، وعلي كرم الله وجهه، وابن مسعود رضي الله عنه، وزيد بن ثابت رضي الله عنهم أجمعين: أنهم قالوا في دية المرأة: إنها على النصف من دية الرجل، ولم ينقل أنه أنكر عليهم أحد، فيكون إجماعا، ولان المرأة في ميراثها وشهادتها على النصف من الرجل.
